The RB260GSP is a compact SOHO switch with power output on all of its ethernet ports. Ports 2-5 can supply power to additional PoE-compatible devices using the same voltage as the unit (passive PoE over datalines only).
An Atheros Switch Chip handles switching on the RB260GSP's five Gigabit Ethernet ports and one SFP cage. SwOS, an operating system created particularly for MikroTik Switch devices, is running on the device.

It operates reliably in ambient temperatures from 20°C to 70°C and offers 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports along with 1 SFP port supporting DDMI for fiber connectivity. The device supports Passive PoE input at 11–30 V and provides Passive PoE output on Ether2 to Ether5, with two DC input options (DC jack and PoE-IN), delivering up to 1 A per PoE port and a maximum total output of 2 A.
