SwOS is an operating system created exclusively for MikroTik Switch devices.
SwOS can be configured using your web browser. It provides all of the essential functions of a managed switch, plus more: Allows you to control port-to-port forwarding, use MAC filters, set up VLANs, mirror traffic, set bandwidth limits, and even change specific MAC and IP header information.

The MikroTik RB260GS, with product code CSS106-5G-1S, is a compact networking device with dimensions of 113 × 139 × 28 mm, running on the MikroTik SwOS operating system. It features 128 KB of FLASH storage and has been tested to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C, with the suggested price available upon request. For powering, the MikroTik RB260GS supports Passive PoE with an input voltage of 11–30 V and includes two DC inputs, PoE-IN and a DC jack, both supporting 11–30 V, with a maximum power consumption of 5 W. On the Ethernet side, the device provides 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps for high-speed connectivity. For fiber networking, the MikroTik RB260GS includes one SFP port with SFP DDMI support, ensuring monitoring and compatibility for fiber connections.
